| 摘 要： | 对脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）病毒抗原性监测的结果表明，不同年份分离的毒株，其抗原性存在型内差异。对抗Ｓａｂｉｎ ｌ活疫苗血清中和脊灰病毒能力的实验研究发现：（２）要有效地中和流行野毒株，必需高价抗Ｓａｂｉｎ免疫血清；（２）对同一地区同一年份流行的野毒株，中和能力不尽相同；（３）对同一地区流行的野毒株，中和能力随毒株年份的迁延而呈下降趋势。这可能有助于部份解释近年来在脊灰流行中，全程活疫苗免疫者病例有所增中

| Abstract: | surveillancen the antigenicity of polioviruses was performed.The intratypic antigenicdifferentiation of polioviruses isolated in Wenzhou,China in different years was described .The studies on protection of anti-Sabin I serum against epidemic wild virus strains showed:(1)theepidemic wild virus strains can only be effectively neutralized by high titreof the anti-sabin Iserum,(2) the protective effect of the anti-Sabin I serum against the epidemic wild virus strainswas different among isolates from the same region in the same year;(3)the Protective effectagainst epidemic wild virus strains showed a decliningtendency among strains isolated in thesame region in succeeding years.These facts might partially explain the increase of poliomyelitiscases who had been vaccinated according standard procedure. |
