金针菇优良品种液体发酵的研究

摘    要:采用杂交育种的手段,获得了6个性能优良的金针菇杂交种。经液体发酵及菌丝体的营养分析,最终确定406号菌株为最优良的品种。

Abstract:Six fine Flammulina velutipes hybrids were obtained by cross breeding. Through liquid fermentation and the nutrition anglysis of hyphostroma, the strain 406 was determined to be the best one among them.
