| Abstract: | The coding region of the cDNA of protein phosphatase inhibitor-2 was determined by polymerase chain reaction amplification. The cDNA clone consisted of 621 nucleotides, and encoded 204 amino acids. The deduced amino-acid sequence was identical with that of the sequence reported by chemical sequencing methods. |
