摘    要:镛鱼(Aristichthys nobilis)受精是精子通过卵膜孔附着于卵质膜表面精子穿入部的微绒毛,两者迅即发生融合,但未见到有明显的受精锥。授精一分钟,精子整个头部已与卵的质膜发生融合,并看到有精子整个尾部已被微绒毛包裹的情况。在受精精子附近有一尚未与卵完全分开的第一极体。本文还讨论了精子穿入部的功能。

Abstract:The process of fertilization in big-head carp (Aristichthys nobilis) studied with scanning electron microscopy is as follows: The sperm passed through the micropylar canal of the egg chorioh, attached to the microvilli of the sperm entry site and fused immediately. No distinct fertilization cone was formed at the sperm entry site during sperm penetration. The sperm head was almost incorporated into the egg at 1 minute post insemination, and in some cases the entire tail of the sperm was packed by the microvilli of the egg. There was a first polar body which was still connected with the egg near the fertilizing sperm. The function of the sperm entry site was discussed.
