白柄菌属一新种

本文报告粘菌一新种,团孢白柄菌 Diachea synsPora sp.nov.文中对该新种的形态特征作了汉文和拉丁文的描述,附有照片和绘图,并讨论了新种与本属其它种的区别。模式标本保存在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。

A NEW SPECIES OF DIACHEA

A new species of myxomycetes,Diachea synspora sp.nov.is re- ported.The species was collected from Songbai Zhen of the Hubei Prov.on dead bark in 1984 by the writer herself.It differs from all other known species in having sporangia which are cylindrical with rounded apices and mostly sessile,and in having hypothalii,stalks and columellae which are white in color.Diachea leucopodia (Bull) Rost.is the only species that shows some affinity with Diachea synspora sp. nov.They can be distinguished by the following characteristics: (1) the former spe- cies is usually stipitate,while the latter species is generally sessile;(2) capillitia of the former species are curved and anastomosing,while those of the latter are sparse, more rigid,erect and rarely anastomosing;(3) spores of the former species are free, globose,7—10μm in diam.and minutely roughened,while those of the latter are firmly united into clusters globose,ovoid or cuneate,9—12×9—10μm and warted; (4) plasmodia of the former species are white,but those of the latter are bluish gray in color. Type specimen of the new species is deposited in Herbarium Mycologicum Insti- tuti Microbiologici Academiae Sinicae (HMAS),Beijing.
