| 摘 要： | 增强抗癌药物对癌细胞的选择性、降低其毒副作用及提高疗效一直是肝癌治疗领域一项重要的研究课题，纳米药物载体的研究有望解决这些问题。目前纳米粒子在肝癌靶向治疗中的应用研究集中于被动靶向治疗、主动靶向治疗、基因治疗、栓塞化疗及纳米粒子的直接治疗作用等方面。

| Abstract: | Enhancing anti-cancer drugs＇ selectivity of tumor cells, cutting down the side effects and increasing therapeutic effect are always important subjects in treatment of liver cancer. Nano-size drug carriers bring hope to solving the questions. The research in this field has been focused on the therapies of passive or positive target, gene transferation, hepatoartery embolization and the direct action of nanoparticles. |
