大型真菌免疫调节蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:真菌免疫调节蛋白是一类具有抑菌、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等生物学功能的小分子蛋白质。概述真菌免疫调节蛋白的序列特性、空间结构、生物学功能及调控机理等研究进展,并对其研发的发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract:Fungal immunomodulatory proteins(FIPs),low molecular weight proteins,displayed antibacterial,anti-tumor and immunomodulatory activity.In this paper,the latest progresses of FIPs were reviewed from the aspects of sequence character,three dimensional structure,biological function and modulatory mechanism.The prospective researches in these fields were also provided.
