| Abstract: | 6-Keto-PGE1 is nearly as potent as PGE2 in relaxing the ductus arteriosus of fetal lambs. This finding raises the possibility that 6-keto-PGE1, if occuring naturally as a by-product of PGI2 transformations, may contribute to prenatal patency of the vessel. |
