摘    要:用不同剂量的He—Ne激光辐照杜梨种子,并测定其幼苗中过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,结果表明,适宜剂量的He—Ne激光辐照能显著提高杜梨幼苗的POD和CAT活性。

Abstract:in this paper,Pyrus betulaefliu seed was irradiated by He--Ne laser with different dosages. The results showed that activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAD) ofPyrus bctulaefoliu seedling were all raised when suitable dosages of He-Ne laser were provided.
