多胺对裸大麦离体叶片活性氧代谢的影响

摘    要:裸大麦离体叶片分别在光照和暗诱导下,以腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)等 3种多胺,分别用2 mmol/L、0.5 mmol/L、和 0.2 mmol/L3种浓度处理,均使丙二醛(MDA)累积减少,延缓过氧化氢酶和SOD活性的下降。以 CaCl_2(5 mmol/L)+Spd(0.5mmol/L)处理,可降低Spd(0.5 mmol/L)的效应。因此多胺延缓离体叶片衰老与活性氧代谢有关,并且进入细胞时,与Ca发生竞争。

Abstract:After the detached leaves of H.vulgare var. nudum Hook. f. weretreated with 2 mmol/L of putrescine,0. 5 mmol/L of spermidine and 0. 2mmol/L of spermine in the dark and inlight, the increase of lipid peroxidationand decrease of catalase activities werestrongly inhibited, and the decrease ofSOD activities were sllghtly inhibited.The inhibition of decrease of CAT ac-tivities induced by polyamines in dark-ness was larger than that in light. Theinhibition of decrease of SOD activitiesin darkness was less than that in light.The effects of the treatment ofpolyamines in the presence of the con-centration of CaCl_2, which is ten timesof polyamines were less than that ofthe polyamines treatments alone. It issuggested that the retardation of senes-cence due to polyamines is related tothe metablism of activated oxygen,and polyamines compete with Ca~(2+) onthe same position of cell membranes.
