山楂酸的研究进展

摘    要:山楂酸是一种五环三萜酸,存在于多种天然植物、特别是油橄榄中,对人体具有高安全性。近年来发现山楂酸具有抗癌、抗氧化、抗艾滋病、抗菌、抗糖尿病等多种生物活性,从而引起了人们的研究兴趣。本文对山楂酸的来源和药理活性进行了简要综述。

Abstract:The maslinic acid(MA), a type of pentacyclic triterpene acid, is a natural compound which presents in many plant species, especially in olive. And it has many kinds of pharmacological activities, such as anti-tumor, antioxidant, anti-HIV, antimicrobial, and anti-diabetic activity etc. In this paper, the preparation and bioactivities of maslinic acid are reviewed.
