海因酶热稳定性及底物特异性研究进展

摘    要:海因酶是在微生物中广泛分布的能水解5-取代海因衍生物制备光学纯氨基酸的关键生物催化剂,在各种氨基酸的酶法生产中具有良好的应用前景。着重概述了海因酶的热稳定性、底物特异性研究及应用,并讨论了其发展方向。

Abstract:Hydantoinase catalyses the cleavage of the ring of DL-5-monosubstituted hydantoins, which is the key bioeatalyst involved in the production of chiral amino acids and is widely found in microbial world. The thermostability and substrate specificity of hydantoinase were briefly revieweol in the article, and the develapment trend was discassed.
