Abstract:Real-time quantitative PCR becomes the important tool in the molecular biology research in human and animal diseases,food safety detection,quantitative analysis,gene expression,and determination of vaccine effectiveness.The background,principle,type,technology,the experimental conditions and the main influence factors and its application are reviewed.
