Abstract:Baculovirus is widely usde in biological pesticides,and also used in gene therapy.Baculovirus expression vector system(BEVS) is one of the four expression systems in genetic engineering.Virus-like particles(VLP) are an important group expressed by this system,and are highly immunogenic.It has been proved that there is very high cell yield obtained at the lowest MOIs(multiplicity of infection).This thesis models the relationships between MOI and some parameters of the BEVS and tests the rationality.
