| 摘 要： | 脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitides,Nm)是流行性脑脊髓膜炎的主要致病菌,荚膜多糖(Capsular polysaccharides,CPS)是该菌主要的致病因子。近年来,随着基因组学与分子生物学的不断发展,CPS合成相关基因越来越受到关注。重点对Nm CPS的合成及相关基因作用作一综述。
