| Abstract: | We describe a simple and rapid method for the isolation of plasmid DNA in high yields from this cherichia coli cultures. The method entails two main steps. Plasmid DNA preparations isolated by thismethod are highly pure and virtually devoid of RNA. The DNA is suitable substrate for restrictionmapping ligotion and so on. |
