响应面法优化普鲁兰多糖发酵培养基

摘    要:以出芽短梗霉IFO 4464为实验菌种,采用响应面法(RSM)优化了出芽短梗霉IFO 4464产普鲁兰多糖的发酵培养基。通过实验得到出芽短梗霉最佳发酵培养基为蔗糖59.8g/L,硫酸铵0.7 g/L,硫酸镁0.3 g/L,磷酸二氢钾5.0g/L,氯化钾0.5g/L,氯化钠1.5g/L,酵母浸膏2.5 g/L,多糖产量可达21.92 g/L。

Abstract:The fermentation parameters on the pullulan production by Aureobasidium pullulans IFO 4464 were optimized by statistical analysis using response surface method (RSM).Through experiments the optimized medium to obtain the highest pullulan production was as follow:sucrose 59.8 g/L,(NH4) 2SO4 0.7 g/L,MgSO4 0.3 g/L,K H2 PO4 5.0 g/L,KCl 0.5 g/L,NaCl 1.5 g/L,and yeast extract 2.5 g/L,the yield of pullulan was as high as 59.8 g/L.
