摘    要:利用微生物将油藏环境中的CO2原位转化为甲烷,在完成封存的同时实现CO2生物固定与转化,进一步提高油气采收率,延长油田开发寿命,是当前研究的前沿课题。综述了CO2封存对油藏环境的影响、油藏环境CO2生物固定与转化的菌群结构与功能、转化反应热力学与动力学等方面的最新研究进展,讨论了油藏环境CO2生物固定与转化的途径及资源化利用的潜力,提出了该领域进一步的研究方向。

Abstract:The in situ biological fixation and transformation of CO2 sequestrated in oil reservoirs to CH4 by indigenous microorganisms,taking place after the storage of CO2,also with the advantage of improving oil recovery and thus extending the development life of the oil field,is one of the worldwide cutting-edge research. This paper focuses on the latest progress made in this area,including the influence of CO2 sequestration on the oil reservoir environment,the structure and function of the concerning microbial communities,and the thermodynamics and kinetics aspects involved. The bio-transformation pathways as well as the potential of biological fixation and transformation of CO2 in oil reservoir are discussed and further directions of research in this field are proposed.
