摘    要:从四川省成都市青城山采集土壤,以琼脂作为唯一碳源,筛选到产琼脂酶细菌CMCK136;通过形态观察、生化鉴定、16S r DNA测序及序列分析鉴定其种属;随后测定了菌株CMCK136的胞外酶活性。菌株CMCK136被鉴定为芽胞杆菌属细菌,命名为Bacillus sp.CMCK136。菌株CMCK136的胞外琼脂酶的最适酸碱度为p H 7.0,最适温度为35℃。菌株CMCK136是产琼脂酶细菌家族的新成员,该菌株的发现进一步提示芽胞杆菌属很可能蕴含有尚待开发的琼脂酶资源。

Abstract:An agarase-producing bacterium strain CMCK136 was screened from soil sample collected from Mt.Qingcheng of Chengdu city using agar as a sole carbon source. The bacterium was classified and analyzed the genus and species it belonged through characterizing its morphology,biochemical,16 S r DNA sequencing,followed by determining extracellular enzyme activity. Strain CMCK136 was designated as Bacillus sp. The most suitable acidity and alkalinity of the strain CMCK136 was at p H 7. 0,and the most suitable temperature 35 ℃. It was a new member of agarase-producing of bacterial family. The discovery of the strain suggested further that the genus of Bacillus may embrace agarase resource still waiting to be developed.
