| 摘 要： | 通过杂交瘤技术建立了３株抗鼠肺支原体单克隆抗体细胞株，它们分别是ＢＡ１１，ＢＤ７和Ｂ６１２．试验表明：３株细胞所分泌的抗体均属ＩｇＧ１亚类，都是鼠肺支原体的特异性抗体，与多种其它支原体无交叉反应。

| Abstract: | hree hybridoma cell strains which could stably secrete McAbs to Mycoplasma pulmonis were established by hybridoma technique and coded BAllBD7, BG12 respectively. The study indicated that the McAbs produced bythe three strains were specific for M. pulmonis and didn't cross reactwith many other Mycoplasma species such as M.arthritidis, M. arginint,M. hyorhinis, and M. orale and so on.
