| Abstract: | Mammalian cell cultured in large scale shows great potentialities for biotechnology industrialization. The questions and solutions of large-scale mammalian cell culture research, including environment of cultured cell?genetically engineered cell lines?process monitoring/control and so on, is described in this article. Studying the progress in detail is critical to optimize culture conditions and improve the product quality. |
