| Abstract: | The
karyotype and Ag-NORs of Sinonatrix annularis have been studied.The results
shown the diploid is 2n=44(2M+2SM+2ST+10T+26m+ZW).The nombre fondamental(NF) is 52.There
is a satellite on the No.2 chromosome.The No.5 is sex chromosome(ZW type).A pair of NORs
was observed on the region of secondry constriction of the No.2 chromosome.There is no
evidence of fusin or increase of NORs in Sinonatrix annularis. |
