摘    要:结合阎甲的生活习性介绍了野外采集阎甲科昆虫的方法,主要分为客观采集法(包括引诱物法、土网筛法、巴氏罐诱法和灯诱法)和特殊生境(树皮下、动物巢穴和储藏物)主观采集法;并比较各种方法的特性和优缺点,认为引诱物法采集效率最高。通过分析各种方法所采集的主要阎甲种类,说明主观采集法的类群针对性强。探讨各种采集方法在不同研究方向的现状和潜在的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper introduces some important collection methods of histerid beetles(Coleoptera: Histeridae) developed originally according to the biological features of the beetle groups.The methods included can be divided into two categories: the subjective and the objective ones.The former ones are referred to the free searching methods in some special habitats(bark,animal nest,stored product,etc.) and do not give quantitative data.The latter ones,including bait trapping,sifting,pitfall trapping,light trapping and so on,are usually used some special tools and can offer useful ecological data.The characteristics and effectiveness to different groups of these collection methods are compared: bait trapping is the best one in collecting;and free searching can collect some rare and special species.The paper also discusses the recent status and the potential applications of these collection methods with respect to different researches on Histeridae.
