| Abstract: | In this article,the molecular marker technology is outlined and the application principle,method and traits of microsatellite marker of silkworm are reviewed.Especially,we introduce the applications of the technology in the Bombyx mori in detail and the outlook of genetic analysis,marker-assisted selection and so on are prospected. |
