| Abstract: | Summary— The vectorial transport of membrane and macromolecules within the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells has been the subject of intense investigation over the last decade. In this paper we review some of the recent advances made in our understanding of vesicle transport and the secretory pathway in plant cells. |
