| Abstract: | The efficacy of the LSU rDNA PCR primers FLR3 and FLR4 for discrimination of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi communities via T-RFLP analysis was examined. Analysis of both public database and site-specific derived DNA sequences suggesting LSU rDNA-based T-RFLP analysis represents a valuable alternative for analysis of AMF communities. |
