| 摘 要： | 作为热带和亚热带最重要的花卉之一，兰花在基因工程的改良上有着诱人的前景。现就与兰花转基因有关的方面，即成功遗传转化的兰花种属、兰花愈伤组织的诱导和培养、转基因外植体的处理、转基因材料的选择技巧、引入的外源基因和相关基因的克隆，以及兰花转基因的前景进行综述。

| Abstract: | As one group of leading flowers in tropical and subtropical areas, orchids are the prospective plants for gene engineering. Some aspects on genetic transformation in orchids, i.e., the successfully transformed genus and species, the methods for callus induction, the pre-treatment methods for the explants, the selecting methods for the transformed cells, the introduced foreign genes, the gene cloning, and the prospects of gene transfer in orchids were systematically reviewed. |
