| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管疾病最主要的病因,而其中易损斑块的突然破损所诱发的血小板聚集和血栓形成是引起脑卒中和急性心肌梗死的重要发病机制.如何更有效地早期诊断动脉粥样硬化的易损斑块是目前研究的热点.文章主要就近年来分子影像技术用于动脉粥样硬化易损斑块的评价研究进行综述.

| Abstract: | Atherosclerosis is the main cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Platelet aggregation and thrombogenesis induced by vulnerable plaque rupture are the primary mechanism for the acute myocardial infarction.Early detection of vulnerable plaque via noninvasive molecular imaging techniques is hot topics in recent years.one of the this paper reviews different molecular imaging strategies currently used for evaluating vulnerable plaque. |
