| 摘 要： | 本文报道了蔗糖水溶液中去七肽胰岛素酰胺的酶促合成,其缩合率为45.5％。这一方法为肽键的酶促合成提供了一条新的途径,在亲水性多肽的酶促合成方面具有应用可能性。

| Abstract: | Enzymatic synthesis of desheptapeptide insulin amide was carried out in aqueous solution in the presence of sucrose.The coupling yield was found to be 45.5%.This medium is an alternative to the co-solvent system commonly used in enzymatic peptide synthesis and may find applications in dealing with hydrophilic peptides and unstable enzymes. |
