| Abstract: | In 6 day old seedlings of cucumber, a promoter cell mass was observed at the axils of first nodes. The differentiation of floral buds was characterized by early and synchronic initiation, the high speed and low nodes. It was inferred that the characteristics of floral buds differentiation of cucumber were analogical to autonomus flowering plants. |
