| Abstract: | The concentration of testosterone has been determined in testicular tissue of groups of rats. The administration of 0.5–3.0 mg mesterolone/rat/day had minimal effect whereas there was a marked decrease after the administration of 0.5 mg testosterone proprionate for 30 days as compared with the concentrations in control animals. |
