金针菇液体培养特性及胞外酶研究

摘    要:测定了金针菇在PDY液体培养基中生长时 ,培养液 pH值的变化 ,蛋白质含量和菌丝球重量 ;研究了羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、多酚氧化酶、愈创木酚氧化酶和漆酶的酶活性变化。结果表明 ,在整个培养期内 5种酶均有酶活性 ,但不同酶的活性有较大差异 ,产酶高峰也不尽相同

Abstract:Variation of pH value, protein content, and weight of mycelial ball were measured when Flammulina velutipes was cultured in PDY liquid media. The enzymes activities of carboxymethyl cellulase, hemicellulase, polyphenol oxidase, guaiacol oxidase, and laccase were studied. The results showed that during the whole culture the five enzymes have activities,different though. And their production peaks are also different.
