摘    要:根据本实验室转基因鱼育种研究的现状,讨论了“转基因鱼离市场还有多远”这一令人关注的问题。转草鱼生长激素重组基因(CAgcGH)鲤鱼具有明显的快速生长和饵料节省效应,鱼体有高干物质含量及高蛋白低脂肪的生化组成,是一种优质食用鱼。把一种鱼的基因转移到另一种鱼,即转“全鱼”基因后,受体鱼基因组改变的程度,仅相当于两种杂交的10万分之一左右,因而它对水生态系统的胁迫作用轻微的,充其量可视为与相应杂交鱼实质

Abstract:Based on the research progress generated in our laboratory, it was discussed to open a door for transgenic fish going to market in China. An "all-fish" recombinant CAgcGH gene-transferred common carp, in compression with the control siblings, reveal traits of significantly faster growing, diet saving, higher content in body dry matter and protein and lower content in lipid. The transgenics are potential with high quality for aquaculture. In the genome of "all-fish" gene-transferred fish, a single gene from grass carp was added into a whole set of genome (about 10 5genes) of common carp. In fish crossbreeding, on the other hand, there are two sets of whole genome mixed each other. The hetrozygosity of genome in the CAgcGH-transgenic common carp is about 10 5 times less than that in the hybrids of common carp against grass carp. It is therefore deduced that the impact of CAgcGH-transgenic common carp against the ecosystem of water body should be much less, or substantial equivalent at most, than the hybrids do if they were released to the environment. The first transgenic fish had been produced in China and, technically speaking, the CAgcGH-transgenic common carp should be the first commercial transgenic strain of farmed animal going to market in China too. To apply for an admission of commercial cultivation from the governmental agency and to call public attention for understanding and supporting is urgently needed.
