| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌相关胃癌是一种由遗传、环境、生活方式等因素共同作用所致的特殊类型胃癌。它的发病过程至少包括炎症、萎缩和癌变3个主要阶段。宿主基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)包括炎症反应、胃酸抑制、免疫识别等相关基因SNP,可能特异性参与了幽门螺杆菌相关胃癌发生发展过程中的不同阶段。文章综述与幽门螺杆菌相关胃癌发病3个主要病理阶段相关的宿主基因SNP及其与胃癌发病风险关系的研究进展。
