| Abstract: | A novel series of 9-O-arylpropenyloxime ketolide was synthesized and evaluated for their antibacterial activity. This series of ketolide exhibited potent activity against clinically isolated gram-positive strains including Staphylococcus pneumoniae and Straptococcus Pyogenes. |
