依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察及其对IL-13的影响

目的:观察依达拉奉对急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对血浆白细胞介素13水平的影响。方法:60例脑梗死病例随机分为依达拉奉组及对照组,两组均采用血栓通注射剂作为基础治疗,前者加用依达拉奉静脉滴注、1日2次、共2周。用欧洲卒中评分评价临床神经功能情况,用ELISA法对血浆白细胞介素13水平进行检测。结果:依达拉奉组临床疗效明显优于对照组,治疗后与对照组相比白细胞介素13水平下降较快。结论:依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死有效,而且安全。

The Effects of Edaravone on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction and the Changes of Interleukin-13 in Patients' Plasma

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on the level of Interleukin-13 in patients'plasma.Methods:The sixty cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly, both of which were treated with Xueshuantong injection as a basic treatment.Edaravone injection was added to the test group by intra- venous drip two times every day for two weeks.The neurological function was evaluated with ESS,and the level of Interleukin-13 in plasma was detected with ELISA Method.Results:The clinical effect in the test groups was observed significantly better than the control group,the level of Interleukin-13 in plasma in the test group decreased more rapidly than that of control group after treatment.Conclu- sion:Edaravone injection was effective and safe in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
