摘    要:目的]比较深圳市食源性病例和外环境中分离的副溶血性弧菌在血清分布、毒力基因携带情况和分子分型方面的特征.方法]血清凝集法检测菌株血清型,多重PCR检测毒力基因tdh和trh基因携带情况,脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分析基因分型特征.结果]98株食源性病例分离株的主要血清型为O3∶K6(40.8%)、O1∶KUT(7...
