芸苔属植物黄酮类化合物薄层层析的研究

摘    要:利用芸苔属6种4变种植物的叶,开展了黄酮类化合物的薄层层析研究。叶采自生态环境、栽培条件及发育时期均相同的植株。层析图谱可分为三个大的类型,与形态分类中将本属植物划分为甘蓝型、白菜型和芥菜型相一致。结合栽培观察和细胞学资料,探讨了本属的分类问题。

Abstract:Some leaves of 6 species and 4 varieties from Brassica L. are studied on flavonoides in the thin-layer chromatography. All leaves are collected from the plants with the same ecologic environment, cultivated condition and growth period. They are divided into 3 type saccording to the chromagrophy. We have views in common with taxonomy that the plants of Brassica L. are divided into wild cabbage-type, Peking cabbage-type and Leaf Mustard-type. The observation from cultivating and the cytology data lead to the taxonomic study of Brass ica L.
