| Abstract: | The composition of the multienzyme systems from Aspergillus niger strain 598 could be adjusted and controled by changing the media ingredients or the cultivation conditions. In this way, a series of multienzymes from Aspergillus niger strain 598 for different uses could be obtained under the controlled fermentation conditions. |
