| Abstract: | In this paper,two species belonging to genus Pilophorus Hahn from China are described as new to science.They are:P.elongatus sp.nov.and P.fortinigritus sp.nov.The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Entomology,Nankai University,Tianjin.The measurements are in millimeters.Pilophorus elongatus sp.nov.(Figs.1-2,5-9)Body elongate,moderately ant-mimetic.Head relatively small,rather declined;vertex flat,posterior margin weakly concave,with short carina;labium slender,reaching to anterior margin of me... |
