| Abstract: | Optically active pyrrolidinylmethylindole analogs related in structure to the benzenesulfonyltryptamine 5-HT(6) receptor antagonist MS-245 were evaluated and their R-isomers were found to bind with affinity higher than their S-enantiomers. |
