摘    要:依据灰色系统理论中关联度分析法,提出一种对农作物蛋白质氨基酸构成品质进行考察排序的方法,结果与现行的化学评价法具有较好的一致性,且可避免因某一信息的缺乏而使分离结果偏离实际较大的不足。本法也可根据研究目的不同,选取不同的指标总数作为参考数列对待评价样品进行不同角度的评价考察。

Abstract:Polyamine incoluding Putrescine(Put), Spermidine(Spd), Spermine(Spm) originating from L-ornithine is a kind of aliphatic compound containing tow or more amino-groups. The rate-limiting enzyme of polyamine synthesis is the ornithine decarboxylase (ODC).Polyamine are in close relation to cell division, cell differentiation, nucleic acid and protein biosyntheses etc. Polyamine, of which concentration increases in extracellular fluid, comes mostly from tumor tissues. UP to now polyamine levels have been found to increase to some extent in humor of patients with tumor of nervous system, leukemia, lymphoma, malignant melanoma, lung cancer, mastocarcinoma, alimentarius cancer and cancer of urinogenital system. Polyamine could be value in the diagnosis of cancer and also serve as a monitor maker for effect of cure and prediction of cancer. This is probably a new subject for us to make further investigation into assay methods of polyamine, polyamine biosynthetic pathway inhibitor, principle of modulating ODC and the relation between polyamine and oncogene.
