| 摘 要： | 用组织化学方法研究了益智胚珠中珠心冠原与承珠盘细胞壁的组成。珠心冠原细胞壁含有纤维素、胼胝质、果胶质,但不含栓质。承珠盘细胞壁含有纤维素、木质素、果胶质,也不含栓质。讨论了珠心冠原与承珠盘细胞壁的组成及承珠盘的可能功能。

| Abstract: | The composition of cell walls of the epistase and hypostase in Aipinia oxyphyua Miq, was investigated by means of histochemical methods. The cell walls of epistasc contained cellulose, callose and pectin bat did not contain suberin. The cell walls of hypostase contained cellulose, lignin and pectin, but did not contain suberin. The composition of cell walls of hypostase, and the probable function of hypostase was discussed. |
