摘    要:枯草芽孢杆菌(93151)在基本培养基中培养,可耐受高达8%NaCl浓度,而在10%NaCl条件下96h内未见生长。随胞外NaCl浓度的增加,其胞内自由脯氨酸的含量相应明显增加,在8%NaCl浓度下胞内脯氨酸含量可达2.944mg·g-1干细胞重,与无NaCl条件下相比,增加了1572%,而对照菌大肠杆菌仅可耐受4%NaCl浓度,并且在不同NaCl浓度下,胞内脯氨酸含量变化不明显。

Abstract:Bacillus subtilus 93151 could grow in the minimal medium Containing 8% NaCl, but was completely inhibited by 10% NaCl. With the increasing of NaCl concentration, the content of free proline in the cells was increased. Under 8% NaCl, the content of proline increased to 2.944 mg·g -1 dry cell and increased by 1572%, compared to the cells grown in the medium without NaCl. The proline content in the cells of Escherichia coli grown in the medium containing 4% NaCl was not increased.
