| Abstract: | Techniques previously used to prepare tissues of adult fish for cytogenic analysis were modified in order to obtain large numbers of well-spread metaphases from eggs and larvae. This method was applied successfully in genotoxicity studies of early life stages of Cyprinodon variegatus and Morone saxatilis . |
