| Abstract: | The distribution of 3H-myo-inositol administered to ripeninggrains of rice and wheat was followed by microradioautography.The 3H was exclusively found in aleurone particles, indicatingthat the accumulation site of phytic acid in monocotyledonousseeds is the aleurone particle.
