| Abstract: | We summarized the effect and preparation of Chitisan film. Chitosan film could be adequateky employed in the future as a wound dressing, effectively reduce postoperative adhesion and renovate putamen. Urease-chitosan film can be applied for enzymatic removal of urea e. g. in the treatment of chronic or acute uraemia. |
