鼻咽癌的端粒酶活性检测及其临床意义初探

采用Ｋｉｍ 等建立的端粒重复序列扩增法及内标技术对５８ 例患者的鼻咽活检标本进行其端粒酶活性测定． ４３ 例鼻咽癌确诊患者标本的该酶阳性率为９０．７％ ，１５ 例鼻咽部慢性炎症（对照组）标本的该酶阳性率为６．７％ ． ３ 例复发的鼻咽癌标本均呈阳性， ２ 例治愈的鼻咽癌标本则属阴性． 鼻咽癌组织端粒酶活性在不同性别、年龄、病理类型、临床分期的样本之间无显著差异． 由于鼻咽癌组织的端粒酶活化现象普遍存在，其活性检测可望成为鼻咽癌早期诊断、治疗监测及预后的指标．

Estimation of Telomerase Activity and its Clinical Sig nificance in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Telomerase (TLMA) activities in nasopharyngeal biopsy specimens from 58 patients were estimated with telomeric repeat amplification protocal (TRAP) and internal standard technique. The positive rate of telomerase activity was 90.7% in biopsy specimens from 43 cases diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and 6.7% in those from 15 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis. The TLMA activity was detectable in 3 cases with recurrent NPC after radio therapy, whereas it became negative in 2 cured cases. The TLMA activity showed no significant difference in relation to various ages, sex, histopathlolgical types and differentiation of NPC as well as the clinical stages of the pa tients. Owing to the general existence of activated TLMA in NPC tissues, estimation of TLMA activity may be used expectantly as a criterion for the early diagnosis, treatment monitoring and prognosis of NPC patients.
