Conservative Treatment of de Quervain's Disease |

| Abstract: | Thirty patients with de Quervain''s disease were treated by injection of hydrocortisone acetate and lignocaine. A 93% incidence of complete relief of symptoms was obtained after 18 months. It is recommended that this is the treatment of choice before resorting to surgery. |
