Abstract: | Summary The histochemical activity of creatine kinase was studied by incubating sections of rat vastus lateralis muscle in a medium containing collagen polypeptides. There are various advantages of collagen polypeptides over the conventional use of gelatin, particularly its effectiveness in preventing diffusion of creatine kinase during incubation. |
